Race Summary:

  • Peccco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team) wins at in Jerez after an epic battle with Marc Marquez (Gresini Racing MotoGP™)
  • Marquez grabbed the holeshot, closely followed by Martin
  • Martin crashes out while leading, allowing Bagnaia to take the lead ahead of Bezzecchi and Marquez.
  • Marquez challenges Bagnaia multiple times, but Bagnaia holds strong.
  • With two laps remaining, Bagnaia increased his pace and maintains a small but secure lead.
  • Bagnaia takes win by 0.372 seconds – his second GP win of the season.
  • Bezzecchi finishes in third – first podium appearance since India 2023
  • Alex Marquez (Gresini Racing MotoGP™) is 4th, just ahead of Enea Bastianini (Ducati Lenovo Team)
  • Superstar rookie Pedro Acosta (Red Bull GASGAS Tech3) survived a massive crash in Warm Up and finishes 10th
  • Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing) and Johann Zarco (CASTROL Honda LCR) both crash out during the race
  • Franco Morbidelli (Prima Pramac Racing) and Jack Miller (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) crash out after a collision
  • Daniel Pedrosa’s wildcard race ends early after a crash.
  • Bagnaia moves closer to Jorge Martin, now just 17 points behind in the title fight.
