Race Summary:
- Pecco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team) wins the Tissot Sprint at the Motorrad Grand Prix von Österreich
- Jorge Martin (Prima Pramac Racing) goes wide through a shortcut and is handed a Long Lap penalty, recovering to finish second
- Marc Marquez (Gresini Racing MotoGP™) shadows the top two but crashes out from second place on Lap 10
- Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing) finishes third
- Bagnaia takes the holeshot at the start, with Martin attacking for the lead at Turn 3 on the opening lap
- Martin makes a mistake at Turn 2, taking a shortcut through the chicane, rejoining behind Bagnaia but not losing enough time and getting a long lap penalty
- Enea Bastianini (Ducati Lenovo Team) finishes fourth, passing Jack Miller (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing), who finishes fifth, just 0.102s ahead of Franco Morbidelli (Prima Pramac Racing)
