- Maverick Viñales (Aprilia Racing) claimed a thrilling victory after an exciting 12-lap Sprint
- Marc Marquez (Gresini Racing MotoGP™) finished in second after a last-lap move at turn five to pass Jorge Martin (Prima Pramac Racing) who finished third
- Pecco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team) made a critical mistake at turn one on lap nine when leading, dropping to fourth
- Jack Miller (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) made a great start, taking the lead out of turn one, eventually finishing fifth
- Polesitter Enea Bastianini (Ducati Lenovo Team) dropped to P6 after an issue with his rear ride height device
- The fastest lap switched hands multiple times with Pedro Acosta (Red Bull GASGAS Tech3) briefly setting it, before Martin took over
- Early crashes involved Alex Rins, Johann Zarco, Fabio Di Giannantonio, and Brad Binder
