Race Summary:
- Enea Bastianini (Ducati Lenovo Team) produced a stunning last-lap move on Jorge Martin to win the Gran Premio Pramac dell’Emilia-Romagna
- Jorge Martin (Prima Pramac Racing) finished second, but opened up a 24-point lead in the Championship after Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team)slid out of third place during an intense race
- The battle for the lead was fierce with Martin and Bagnaia exchanged positions multiple times, with Bastianini also in the mix.
- Bagnaia then slid out of third in what was his 100th start in the MotoGP class, leaving Bastianini and Martin to battle for the win
- Bastianini relentlessly pursued Martin, and on the final lap made a bold move at Turn 4. The contact forced Martin wide, allowing Bastianini to take the lead. The FIM MotoGP™ Stewards decided not to investigate the move, confirming Bastianini’s victory
- Marc Marquez (Gresini Racing MotoGP™) moved up to third after Bagnaia’s crash, with Bezzecchi finishing in fourth.
- Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP™) was set to finish fifth but ran into fuel issues late in the race, dropping to seventh behind Franco Morbidelli (Prima Pramac Racing) and Maverick Viñales (Aprilia Racing).
- Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) was the first to fall, crashing out but rejoining the race. Then, Pedro Acosta (Red Bull GASGAS Tech3) also crashed out a few laps later
