Race Summary:
- Enea Bastianini (Ducati Lenovo Team) wins the Tissot Sprint at the Monster Energy British Grand Prix – his first Sprint podium
- Bastianini denies Jorge Martin (Prima Pramac Racing), who manages to regain some Championship points after Pecco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team) crashes out
- Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing) completes the podium in third, after starting from pole
- Bagnaia gets a fantastic launch off the line, then pushes Espargaro wide at Turn 1; Martin takes the lead on the opening lap
- Franco Morbidelli (Prima Pramac Racing) and Marco Bezzecchi (Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team) crash on the opening lap, Morbidelli receives a double Long Lap penalty for Sunday
- Bagnaia loses the front at Turn 4 on Lap 5
- Bastianini challenges Martin for the lead, finally passing him on Lap 6
- Marc Marquez crashes at Turn 16, ending his race
- Binder finishes fourth, ahead of Acosta after a competitive battle between the two KTM riders
